• Locations served: Richland, West Richland, Kennewick and Pasco, Washington. Traveling outside of the service area may accrue additional charges of $1.00 per mile.
  • A consult and behavior assessment is required for all pets. Consult and behavior assessments must occur a minimum of 24 hours prior to the service requested. There is a onetime $25.00 consult and behavior assessment fee to establish care and meet with Pet Sitter.
  • 24-hour notice required for all services requested.

  • There is an additional $10 fee for services provided after service hours.

  • All dogs must always be on a leash when Pet Sitter is in care of pets on walks/trips to the park.
  • A $15 fee will be charged for Pet Sitter to pick up or drop off the Client’s key.
  • Pet Sitting Company reserves the right to refuse service to any client, at any time, for any reason.
  • A minimum of three visits per day is required when caring for a dog throughout the entire day unless a dog door is accessible. A minimum of one visit is required every 24 hours when caring for a cat.
  • Holiday surcharge of $10 for pet sitting visit and walks will apply for all services. (Fee not included for regular weekly schedule walking clients.) Holidays include Easter, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas/New Year’s Eve/Day, Thanksgiving (Wednesday through Sunday) This holiday charge is for the holiday and the entire holiday weekend. Includes Friday immediately before the holiday and the holiday itself.
  • All snow and Ice removal is the responsibility of the client. Please plan for someone to come and remove all snow and ice from your driveway, walkways, and home entrances/exits. NO refunds or credits will be given if we are unable to reach your home due to snow or ice. Your emergency contact person will be notified. The client is responsible for any injury that may occur to I Do and Fido Too, LLC owner, or employees due to improper snow and ice removal.  The client is responsible for any injury that may occur to their pets, or any house soiling or damage that may occur due to improper snow & ice removal.
  • In the event of extreme weather when driving is dangerous, we will make every effort to make it to visits as scheduled. If it is too dangerous or people are being ordered to stay off the roads, we will get there as soon as possible but cannot risk sitters’ safety. In this event, it is recommended you give a neighbor access to your home and give us their contact info should we need to reach out to them.
  • To request services please submit a request through Pet Pocketbook or text or call Shilo Gallagher at 1-509-308-9277.  Services are NOT booked until you receive a confirmation message that you have been added to the schedule. Once services are booked as requested, all payment & cancelation policies apply. A pet sitting visit will only take place after the consult and behavior assessment has been done. We recommend that you book your pet sitting visits as early as possible as we always schedule our appointments on a first come, first served basis. We do not guarantee specific time slots. We may arrive to a scheduled service within a 2–3-hour window, except in the case of pets that require medication at a specific time or have a specific medical condition (in which a one-hour window may be scheduled). We are, however, happy to note your preferred visit time and will do our best to accommodate. Pet sitting hours fall between 8am and 8pm and are usually completed during this time, unless we have a heavy workload. (Special arrangements can be made for after-hour visits, but additional fees apply).
  • In the event of inclement weather or natural disaster, Pet Sitter is entrusted to use best judgement in caring for pet(s) and home, Pet Sitter/ I Do and Fido Too, LLC will be held harmless for consequences related to such decisions. Pet Sitter will not walk dogs when the temperature is 85 degrees or higher. In these situations, Client will decide if Pet Sitter should reschedule or have playtime in backyard and/or inside the home. During cold weather seasons Pet Sitter will not walk dogs when temperatures are 25 degrees or lower. Small dogs must be dressed in a sweater coat during cold weather to keep safe and warm.
  • Dog Walking and Pet Sitting: 24-hour notice is required when canceling a scheduled visit. If the service is canceled with less than 24-hour notice, all visits within the 24-hour window will still be charged for. If we get to your home for a scheduled visit and are turned away due to someone being home, the full fee applies. Acts of God will be considered on a case-by-case basis. At I Do and Fido Too, LLC it is very important that we take great care of our clients and our valuable employee pet sitters.  The cancelation policies ensure fairness to all involved. We absolutely hate to turn away any of our excellent clients because we are fully booked, but from time to time this does occur. The cancelation policies help to keep space available in our schedule for those who really need it, because we are only booking services with those that are certain they need us and know that cancelation policies apply should they need to cancel. Our cancelation policies have been put in place so that I Do and Fido Too, LLC can serve our pets and clients in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
